Calypso Coconut Liqueuer is the premier spirit of Nigeria.

Calypso wanted to grow a presence online to engage their existing customers and connect with new potential customers. To that they embarked on launching a Facebook Page incorporating a Facebook App to link their Offline promotions with their Online activities.


  • – The Facebook App required a Fan Gating process to ensure entrants ‘Liked’ the Calypso Facebook Page.
  • – Active feature to capture audiences attention. Exist developed the Retro TV concept with dynamic slide show inset into the TV.
  • – Capture entrant data such as Name, e-mail address, Mobile telephone number and State address.
  • – As the Calypso Facebook Page promotes alcohol, entrants had to confirm their Date of Birth.
  • – Entrants were required to answer an entry question of skill.
